criteria (RBAC, and where appropriate ABAC), establish
segregation?of?duties guardrails, and remediate over?provisioning
and gaps. Execute ad?hoc and scheduled recertifications; monitor
dashboards and reports for inappropriate access; document business
justification for exceptions and close remediation within SLAs.
Plan coverage for transfers, backfills, and org changes to prevent
access gaps and ensure continuity. Own weekly transfers, user
alignment, and application updates; prioritize effectively in a
fast?moving environment. Analyze high?volume access data and
exception trends; build metrics and reporting (e.g.,
time?to?access, exception rates, remediation aging) using tools
such as Excel and Alteryx. Partner with Sales, Product, Technology,
and RBAC advisory teams to streamline provisioning workflows and
automate repetitive tasks with standardized playbooks. Prepare
audit?ready documentation and evidence; support internal/external
reviews and drive continuous improvements that enhance efficiency
and resilience. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
