Job Description Job Description Title: Product Development Manager Closest Metropolitan Area: Chicago Location Type: Manufacturer Product Type: Plastic Resin Compensation Range: $150,000-$180,000 Development of new product formulations for specific market segments Refine existing formulations to improve unit cost of production Strong knowledge of raw materials supply and value chain Demonstrated experience in supporting customer trials of developed compounds Knowledge of standards like REACH, RoHS, FDA for medical grades, and emerging low-carbon mandates. Advanced degree in polymer chemistry is preferred
