As a leader in Skype for Business integration, conferencing and UC, we are expanding our offerings and are seeking a skilled design and architectural planning engineer that is capable of communicating with our customers in support of AVI's sales teams the unique offers we have in the Unified Collaboration space. -AVI is a leader with both Cisco and Polycom, as well as all market leaders in conferencing and UC as a Microsoft Cloud Productivity partner and CSP with O365 and Skype for Business.What you'll be doing:Presales technical role, providing technical consultancy and specialized support to augment the sales effort, giving demonstrations and technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects showcasing Unified Communication product solutions; explaining features/benefits to customers and designing and configuring products to meet specific customer needs based on business requirements and network configuration. Addition responsibilities include technical training in house and utilization of customer feedback for product development. -Requirements:5+ years of related experience of Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting experience -CCNA or higher, Network+ Certification will gain higher consideration -Expert level knowledge of videoconferencing products, unified communications, and industry as a whole.
