company’s best interests. ROLE BACKGROUND/FIT: ITW Medical, a
division of ITW, is comprised of two highly respected brands- Coeur
and Filtertek, supplying critical filtration, flow control, and
fluid management solutions to global Medical OEM’s, serving
Surgical, Infusion, Bioprocessing and Diagnostic Imaging end
markets. ITW Medical differentiates itself by providing innovative,
high quality products with world-class service levels to our key
global customers with our global operations. There is a strong

world. We are looking for a product manager with a passion for
healthcare, career advancement to join and accelerate our efforts
to serve our customers and improve patient outcomes. This role
would report into the Innovation Marketing Manager. Position
Summary: Assigned product category leadership providing a strategic
view of where ITW Medical is today and how it should grow and
improve in the future. Prioritize current and future opportunities
for ITW Medical in assigned product category to deliver healthy
organic growth and profitability. Situational assessment of end
markets for assigned product category. Support sales team by
developing strong value propositions, defining and executing Go to
Market strategy. Serve as Voice of Customer to the division.
Challenge performance and orthodoxies as we progress towards best
in class service levels for our key customers. Ownership of margin
and profitability goals for assigned products. Conduct value-based
pricing analysis, manage product portfolio, capacity and validate
proposed market offerings with target customers. Primary
Responsibilities: Drive meaningful Organic Growth through product
development strategy support and provide Go-To-Market Strategy
leadership. For assigned projects own and guide cross-functional
teams through the NPD Stage Gate Process (ITW Customer-Back
Innovation Process), delivering strong business cases, Value
Proposition, and associated deliverables. Formulate research plans
and discussion guides, identifying ways to improve infusion
therapies, surgical procedures, bioprocessing manufacturing, and
diagnostic imaging by partnering with OEMs and clinicians. Prepare
Business Cases for New Products and sustaining initiatives for
existing products– including Capex, Market Share, Target customers,
MM, ROI, NPV, etc. For assigned products perform portfolio
management activities such as pricing, and product life cycle
management. Position Skills and Experience Requirements: To perform
this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
degree. MBA preferred but not required. 5 years product management
experience with 3 years in a Medical Device OEM or a supplier to a
medical device OEM. Surgical and/or Infusion medical device and/or
component experience preferred. Ability to thrive, prioritize and
collaborate in a decentralized and entrepreneurial culture. Driven
and motivates others to excel. Curious to find new opportunities
and projects. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to
simplify complex situations, maintain high levels of
professionalism, and work with peers/customers globally
Compensation Information: This compensation range is provided as a
reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education,
specific skills, market level, other job-related factors,
geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. As
applicable this role will also receive overtime compensation and
may be eligible for shift premium compensation. Pay Range:
$90,000-115,000 Benefits Benefits for this role can be seen by

for vacation, sick, and holiday compensation benefits. Vacation -
up to 120 hours within first year Sick - up to 40 hours of time
within first year Floating Holiday - up to 8 hours of time within
