Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across a variety of industries. Youll represent our brand in the field, identify opportunities, and offer tailored signage solutions that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new customer relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet with clients in person to understand their signage needs and propose solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotes. Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of signage projects. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Qualifications: 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in signage, printing, construction, or related industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Familiarity with signage materials, printing processes, and installation is a plus, but not required. What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus commission.
