Summary/ObjectiveWe are looking for a talented and competitive Outside Sales Representative to increase sales in our Midwestern United States territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. An Outside Sales Representative conducts business out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated services when necessary. The Outside Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. Their excellent social skills allow them to foster strong relationships, to which they can attribute much of their success. Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Sunday - Saturday, 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Schedule will be provided. TravelThis role will require travel daily. Required Education and Experience* Drivers require a valid driver license* High School diploma or equivalent experience* Proven outside sales experience* Track record of over-achieving quota using the Consultative Selling Model* Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day* Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools* Excellent verbal and written communications skills* Strong listening and presentation skills* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyPreferred Education and Experience* Some college preferred* Experience with CRM systems and practices* Track record of over-achieving quota* Working knowledge of the Office 365 SuiteAdditional Eligibility Qualifications* Able to sit for long periods of time* Able to climb stairs* Able to operate PC and office equipment, if necessary* Must be able to pass background checks and/or random drug screening if applicable
