You will impact customers with innovative solutions and support their journey here at Softchoice.What you'll do:

• Role model our values of personal growth, customer passion, taking care of others & owning the end result.
• Work closely with our pre-sales architects and sales teams to meet with customers, develop a deep understanding of their objectives and spot new opportunities when possible.
• Engage in a highly visible customer-facing role.
• Support a detailed, actionable Statement of Work alongside our architects and project managers.
• Stay on top of new trends, technology updates and the minutiae of core cloud and workplace technologies.
• Continually fine-tune your delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills.What you'll bring to the table:
• A curious mindset, willing to ask the right questions to provide customers with the best possible solution.
• A problem solver with the capability to uncover & address the root cause of an issue.
• A highly organized & proactive work ethic that puts responsiveness to customers first.
• Passion for building strong, trust-based relationships with customers and dedication to driving great CX.
• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, focused primarily on Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory, with integrations into Multi-Factor Authentication engines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel is considered a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years of implementation consulting experience delivering engagements within the Microsoft ecosystem.Not sure if you qualify?
