Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position -This position may be located in
Moline, IL, or Johnston, IA per the hiring manager's discretion.
-This may be dependent on the successful candidate's background,
experience, and proficiency. -Your Responsibilities -As a -Business
Analyst -for -John Deere World Headquarters, you will have the
following responsibilities:
- Provide innovative solutions for processes and/or
reporting.
- Work in an autonomous collaborative team environment.
- Support the A&F Solutions Group in delivering the vision of
One Efficient Way.
- Partner with Project Teams for implementations of -SAP Central
Finance -and S4 HANA. -VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this
position.What Skills You Need
- 3 or more years of experience in Accounting & Finance
- Understanding of emerging technology
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communicator and problem solverWhat Makes You Stand

- Experience with automation and/or analytics tools such as the
Power Platform or Alteryx
- Knowledge and experience with SAP general ledger
activities
- Experience implementing process improvements involving multiple
stakeholders
- Broad experience working with John Deere accounting

related work experience in the following:
