is a methodical problem solver, collaborative with the team,
empathetic with users, and, beyond just a skilled operator,
understands systems like Active Directory, Networking, Endpoint
Manager, and more.QualificationsEducation: B.S. Degree in
Information Technology or equivalentCertifications/Licenses:
N/AYears of Experience: 3+ yearsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED*
Strong Microsoft software suite experience, especially Windows and
Office365* Basic understanding of networking and Active Directory*
Ability to troubleshoot and set up hardware* Excellent
communication skillsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Respond to tickets on
time, ensure a complete resolution of the issue at hand, and
thoroughly document the work.* Setup new employees and revoke
access for departing employees (Active Directory, SCCM)* Diagnose
and resolve hardware issues including: PCs, Printers, Scanners,
Mobile, and Desk Phones* Diagnose and resolve software issues
including: Windows, iOS, Office365, Adobe, Remote Desktop, and
other department applications* Deploy new OS and software packages
using SCCM and Endpoint Manager* Identify and resolve networking
issues, coordinating with the Infrastructure team as needed* Look
for opportunities to suggest technology solutions to pain points in
the company* Update equipment inventories as equipment is assigned
and retired* Completes all other duties as assignedSECONDARY
FUNCTIONS* Basic networking deployment and troubleshooting (IP,
WiFi, DNS, DHCP)* Maintain and troubleshoot conference room
equipment (Zoom/Teams Rooms)* Train users on software and security
best practices
