Local Company Drivers & Drivers that want to Lease Purchase their own truck and become an Owner-Operator

FTC is building an Intermodal Team like no other and seeking out the best drivers. We want our team to have a good work/life balance. To make that happen, we have limited our service area to make sure every driver is home every night.

What We Offer:

• Company Drivers Make $1200 to $1800 a week
  
• Lease Purchase Drivers can generate $5,000 a week before deductions for fuel, plate, insurance, and lease purchase costs!
  
• HOME EVERY NIGHT
  
• Monday - Friday - Weekend Work Available
  
• $1.50 Shift Differential for Off Hour Work

  • $250 - 1st Year

            Requirements
            
            • Class A CDL
              
            • Must be at least 23 years old
              
            • Has a minimum of two(2) years of experience operating tractor/trailer equipment
              
            • Clean MVR-No traffic convictions in the past 12 months
              
            • Clean PSP
              
            • 1 year of Intermodal Experience Required
              
              We value time, both yours and ours. You are paid for every hour you work. Our pay policy is simple, you work an hour, you get paid for an hour. You work overtime, you are paid overtime pay. Flexible start times you choose.
              
              We try to be as flexible as possible with our parking locations currently accommodating Naperville, Joliet and Harvey. We want your daily commute to work to be as short as possible. You should be driving for work not to work.
