LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently partnering with an organization that is looking for a 2nd Shift HR professional for their organization. This is an On-Site, Direct Hire opportunity located in the West City of Chicago, IL. The candidate who takes on this role will be responsible for all tactical and strategic HR responsibilities for 2nd shift. Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for exempt and non-exempt employees
• Process and audit payroll on a consistent basis
• Lead onboarding, orientation and training activities for all new hires
• Partner with hiring managers to discuss various HR procedures and laws/regulations
• Maintain accuracy of employee records within HRIS
• Actively source for new candidates by conducting screenings and coordinating interviews
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Manufacturing Industry and Safety experience
  • 2+ Years of well-rounded HR experience
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is ideal!
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
