PURPOSE STATEMENTThe Production Associate works Friday, Saturday
and Sunday 5pm-5am. Are you looking for a stable, family owned

Observes all safety rules and regulations including use of personal
protective equipment and material handling.
Follows established General Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety
guidelines, including maintaining an orderly and clean work
Perform periodic equipment inspections, trouble shooting,
adjustments and cleaning of equipment.
Count, pack, and inspect finished product for correct label,
cleanliness, and integrity.
Works to understand overall impact of his/her job on team
productivity and plant profitability, maintains high level of
personal productivity and contributes suggestions for work process
improvements to Supervisory.
Performs specific tasks as assigned by production supervisors which
may include pallets, loading, packing, dumping, and cutting.
Identifies and addresses product or processing problems in a timely
Monitor, complete, and maintain efficient and accurate paperwork as
Adhere to all USDA, FDA and GMP requirements.
Makes SAFETY a first priority, while carrying out his /her daily
Reports any unsafe acts or conditions to immediate superior
Inspects equipment prior to start packaging to ensure that is in
working condition and free of any foreign material.
Procures Product Specifications of products to be run, according to
Sets up and operates assigned equipment according to (S.O.P`s)
Standard Operating Procedures.
Assures that all Product Specifications are being met, will notify
supervision immediately if there is any deviation from
Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Other duties as assigned by a group leader, supervisor or member of
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or GED preferred
One year experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment.
Must have good communication skills - written and verbal.
Ability to read, write and understand English
Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
Able to regularly stand, reach, bend, and move about the

Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral
vision and depth perception.
Hearing ability to meet manufacturing facility safety
