Job Description Job Description We are seeking a OTR Box Truck Driver'S to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at the maximum of 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Requirements: • Valid CDL Class B or Class C • Valid DOT Medical Card • Clean or reasonably clean driving record (no recent serious violations) • Prior driving experience required (Examples: Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx, U-Haul, furniture/moving trucks, etc.) • Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack and liftgate • Comfortable with regional OTR — typically home on weekends, with a maximum of up to 2 weeks on the road when needed Position Details: • 1099 Independent Contractor • Paid weekly • Starting pay: $1,000/week with strong potential to earn up to $2,000/week based on performance and load volume We are looking for serious, dependable, professional drivers only. Load and unload cargo as needed. (Not everyday, every once and a while) Properly track and document activity log. (Electronic Logbook) Report any issues or incidents to dispatch. Inspect truck before and after trip. Secure Freight using E-trac straps Have a mobile device. Good time management skills. Good with communication. Qualifications: Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields Commercial driver's license Ability to handle physical workload Strong work ethic Good attitude.
