Job Description:
We are hiring a highly execution-oriented, data-driven GTM
Analyst to build and scale Bectran’s go-to-market engine. This role
sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, automation, data, and
AI. You will translate business objectives into measurable growth
systems that directly drive pipeline, revenue, and operational
leverage. This is not a campaign-only role. This is a
revenue-impacting systems builder position. You will work in the
trenches with leadership and sales, architecting and executing
technical solutions using AI that improve conversion rates, deal
velocity, outbound performance, and overall revenue efficiency. We
need someone who can think commercially, build technically, and
execute relentlessly in a fast-moving environment. What You Will
Do: Translate company objectives into clear GTM initiatives that
directly impact pipeline and revenue. Own execution end-to-end from
strategy through measurable business impact. Design and implement
AI-driven workflows (OpenAI, Claude, LLMs, Agents, prompt
engineering). Build and optimize automation systems (Python, APIs,
Webhooks). Build scalable lead routing, enrichment, lifecycle
automation, and attribution systems. Identify repetitive or
low-value tasks for automation using AI agents to improve
efficiency and focus on high-value activities. Plan, execute, and
track integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid ads,
organic, content, webinars, and conferences - driving measurable
pipeline impact with clear understanding on performance,
optimization, and ROI. Manage and optimize CRM and revenue
workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo). Own outbound
infrastructure and enrichment workflows (Apollo, LinkedIn
automation tools) Continuously test signals, triggers, and
automation systems to improve meeting quality and conversion.
Design data pipelines supporting lead enrichment, attribution,
campaign analytics, and experimentation. Implement web scraping and
data integration solutions. Build workflow-based enablement systems
that auto-generate account context, call prep insights, and seller
task prompts. Identify where deals get stuck and engineer solutions
to remove friction. Translate business problems into technical
systems that create leverage across the revenue funnel. Partner
closely with sales leadership to align growth systems with revenue
outcomes. Provide clear reporting on what’s working, what’s not,
and why. Requirements What You Need to Be Successful: 2–4 years of
experience in GenAI, LLMs, AI solutions, Agentic AI systems, Data
Science or Sales Operations. Strong execution mindset, able to move
from strategy to hands-on implementation quickly. Strong technical
comfort with AI models, automation, APIs, Databases and data
workflows. Expertise in applying LLMs for summarization, insight
extraction, and next-best action recommendations within GTM
contexts. Strong communication skills with ability to work directly
with leadership and sales teams. Deep knowledge of GTM tech stacks
(e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Outreach) and experience
leveraging AI integrations to extract maximum value from these
tools. A systems thinker who understands revenue mechanics and a
strong understanding of demand generation, outbound strategy, and
revenue experimentation. Ability to operate independently with high
ownership and accountability. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience
with AI models and workflow automation (OpenAI, Claude, LLM
frameworks, n8n, Zapier). Previous experience in a GTM Engineering,
Growth Engineering, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops role. Experience
combining AI tooling with campaign ownership. Experience building
outbound infrastructure and enrichment workflows. Background in B2B
SaaS, fintech, or high-growth environments. Who We Are: Since its

accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are
committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay
range for this position is $65,000 – $82,000 annually. Pay is based
on a number of factors including market location and may vary
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay
ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or
business needs. In addition to competitive pay, Bectran offers a
