and a deep commitment to results. We are now hiring a Marketing
Data Analyst to take ownership of our marketing data infrastructure
and analytics. This person will oversee all marketing data sources,
dashboards, and performance metrics, and will help shape one of our
most important strategic capabilities: data-driven marketing. What
You Will Do In this role, you will be responsible for building and
maintaining a unified marketing analytics foundation and delivering
actionable insights across all channels. Your work will include
integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, web analytics, ad
platforms, and partner referrals) and developing performance
dashboards to inform decision-making. You’ll have the opportunity
to refine our attribution models and conduct cohort analyses,
helping the team understand how each campaign and partner
contributes to growth. You will collaborate closely with our
Partner Marketing team and other marketing verticals to ensure data
accuracy, align on metrics definitions, and identify opportunities
to improve ROI. Throughout, you’ll have the backing of our VP of
Marketing, who will provide strategic guidance and support to
ensure your analyses drive meaningful improvements, You'll have a
meaningful impact in: Marketing Data Integration & Management:
Consolidate data from all marketing channels (SugarCRM, Google
Analytics, ad platforms, referral systems, etc.) into a unified
data warehouse Dashboard Development & Reporting: Design and
maintain interactive dashboards and reports that monitor key
performance indicators across campaigns. Enable real-time
visibility into partner marketing performance, lead funnels, and
overall marketing ROI. Campaign Attribution & Cohort Analysis:
Develop and refine multi-touch attribution models to credit
marketing channels and partners appropriately. Perform cohort
analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness over time and provide
insights on customer behavior and lifetime value. Partner & Channel
Performance Tracking: Track affiliate and partner referral metrics
closely, ensuring that each partner’s contributions are accurately
reported. Provide the Partner Marketing team with data-driven
insights into which partnerships and channels are most effective,
helping to optimize spend and effort. Continuous Optimization:
Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and
opportunities. Recommend data-backed strategies to improve
conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize marketing
ROI across all channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with
marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure data alignment and
integrity. Support marketing leadership with ad-hoc analysis and
clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders. Tools and Platforms You Will Use SugarCRM (customer
relationship management system) Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google
Tag Manager (web analytics) Affiliate/Partner Tracking (e.g., Cake
platform) and referral data sources Advertising Analytics (Google
Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platform dashboards) SQL
Databases and ETL tools (for data warehousing and pipeline
development) Business Intelligence & Visualization (Looker, Power
BI, Tableau, or similar tools) Call Tracking Systems (Genesys,
Invoca) Microsoft Excel (for ad-hoc analysis and reporting) What We
Are Looking For We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven
professional to support our marketing team and turn raw data into
strategic insights. This position calls for someone who can blend
technical expertise with business acumen. The ideal candidate is
equally comfortable writing complex SQL queries and building data
models as they are translating raw data into meaningful insights
for marketing decisions. You should be passionate about using data
to drive growth and are proactive in identifying both problems and
opportunities. Willing to take ownership of projects, work well
independently, and communicate effectively with colleagues. Above
all, we’re looking for someone excited to leverage data in a
mission-driven environment where analytics directly help our
organization AND our clients. Skills and Qualifications: 3 years of
hands-on experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence,
or data analysis. Experience with advanced analytical techniques,
including cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and campaign
performance evaluation. Proficiency with data visualization and BI
tools (e.g., Power BI , Looker, Tableau or similar) to create clear
and impactful dashboards. Familiarity with marketing data sources
and tools: CRM systems (especially SugarCRM), Google Analytics and
Tag Manager, online advertising platforms, and partner referral
tracking data. Strong communication skills. Bilingual Fluency in
Spanish/English is a plus Stronger candidates will also have:
Experience in financial services, tax resolution, or other
regulated industries is highly valued. Expertise in SQL and ETL
processes, with the ability to build data pipelines and transform
raw data for analysis. Compensation $65,000.00 Starting base salary
