exciting opportunity to support the GVP, Global Partner Sales, in
the strategy, vision, and execution of the GPS organization to
accelerate Elastic’s transformation. This role will play a key role
in helping the organization focus on and achieve its most important
goals in the coming years. In this role, you will think
strategically and drive a strong agenda of accountability,
execution, and delivery. Partnering with the Global Partner
Leadership team and other functions, you will help to align and
drive the teams objectives DUTIES • Working as a trusted advisor,
you will collaborate with leadership, business partners, and
several cross-functional teams (Finance, Human Resources, Legal,
Technology, Strategy and Operations) • Demonstrating a strong
executive presence in representing the organization and easily
navigating from strategy to tactical issues • Lead close
collaboration with Field teams, ensuring successful communication
and execution of Elastic partner strategy • Provide effective
counsel on sophisticated organizational matters and projects. •
Facilitate effective decision-making. Identify and tackle ad-hoc
strategic projects from defining new opportunities to executing key
initiatives • Lead strategic projects to help advise growth
planning and coordinate execution of crucial initiatives and
programs • Drive process improvement and simplification wherever
possible • Liaise with the Finance Partner to develop the financial
plan needed for the annual plan and strategies, tactics, and
resources needed to achieve goals • Help to create operational
cadence, track high-level organizational goals and accountable
owners with monthly and quarterly reviews and checkpoints • Build,
with scale in mind, how the Partner org operates and evolves from
strategy to execution while being efficient, organized, and
solution-oriented. Identify and find efficiencies in how the
cross-functional teams operate and prioritize. • Develop and
implement a comprehensive GPS strategy aligned with the
organizations partner sales objectives and company priorities.
Collaborate with senior management to define objectives and key
results, establish measurable goals, and clear GPS priorities. •
Champion a collaborative and results-oriented work environment,
encouraging innovation and professional growth. • Serve as the
connective tissue between regional partner teams, partner
operations, and finance teams • Act as the right hand to the GVP
and help develop the vital strategies to achieve ever-increasing
targets QUALIFICATIONS • 15 years of professional experience,
proven track record working with C-level executives • 3 years of
Elastic tenure, strong connections with SLT • Award-winning
partnership leadership experience • MBA highly desirable • Known
for being able to prioritize your tasks in a dynamic environment
where no day is like the previous. • Working at Elastic will

to voice an alternative point of view with senior executives •
Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and passion • Management
experience with a good understanding of Field Operations; Sales or

limited resources • Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across
departments • Effective, versatile, and action-oriented
