Job Description Job Description Our Full Time Opening Shift
Leader is one of the most important people in the operation of our
restaurant. They work 6:00 am to 2:00 pm or 7 am to 3 pm five days
a week, opening our restaurants. Opening responsibilities are
baking bread and prepping fresh produce. This position requires
candidates to be reliable to the highest extent. We offer our
full-time openers: 1) An opportunity to advance in a food service

Using communication skills to motivate team members. 5) Role
modeling a sense of urgency. 6)Embracing Jersey Mikes policies and
procedures A Shift Leader is expected to: 1) Work 30 hours a week.
2) Have the ability to get to and from work in a timely manner. 3)
Maintain open communication with the AGM and GM. 4) Lead your team
