Job Description Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic and
dynamic individuals to join our team, working with elementary
school children in our before and after school program. This role
requires availability Monday through Friday during the school year
and extends through June 2026. There may also be opportunities for
continued employment as a summer camp counselor. Must demonstrate
responsibility and reliability. Offers flexible scheduling. No
weekend work required. End of workday by 6 PM. Complimentary
membership to the Buffalo Grove Fitness Center. Program Duration:
August 2025 - June 2026. Mandatory Training Dates: August 6 -
August 8, 2025. DESCRIPTION The Clubhouse Recreation Leader is
responsible for supervising and leading daily activities while
engaging with children at their designated Clubhouse location.
Responsibilities may include setting up and cleaning up snacks,
organizing games, crafts, and activities, and contributing to
lesson plans. The ideal candidate will be mature, responsible, and
possess a positive attitude, with strong communication skills to
effectively interact with both children and adults. Positions are
available at the following schools: Country Meadows, Ivy Hall,
Kildeer, Kilmer, Longfellow, Meridian, Prairie, Pritchett, Tripp,
and Willow Grove. HOURS Morning shift: 6:45 - 9 am STARTING WAGE
RANGE $16 depending on experience BENEFITS Free Fitness Center pass
for employees who work 8 hours or more per week, along with other
