I'm currently partnered with a multi-million dollar food & beverage company as they start their search to identify a Corporate Accountant to join their growing team. Reporting into the Director of Finance, this individual will focus on general accounting responsibilities, month-end close, reporting, special projects and more!Client DetailsI'm partnered with the Director of Finance at an exciting and growing multi-million dollar food & beverage organization located near Lincolnwood, IL. They have been around for 8+ years and are experiencing highly acquisitive and organic growth through their partnerships with some of the best brands and individuals in their space! With the growth that they have been seeing, they are looking to identify a Corporate Accountant to join their team.DescriptionCorporate Accountant Responsibilities:

• Assist in the completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and reporting processes
• Conduct data analysis in regards to cost, such as raw material, labor, packaging, etc.
• Collaborate with various teams across the business to help improve KPIs
• Work with various teams across the business to provide financial support in regards to cost improvements, trends, and profitability
• Prepare annual operating, long-range strategic plans, and other ad hoc analysisProfile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting
  • Manufacturing/Consumer Goods industry experience required
  • Cost and inventory experience a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
