• TIME: 1:00 PM-4:00 PM
• PLACE: 7444 W North Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707 You will get to experience the restaurant firsthand as we meet you and discuss your qualifications to see how you might be a fit for one of our openings.We currently have openings for Server, Host, Dishwasher, and Back of House positions. If you are asked to join our team, you will become part of our family and together we will deliver excellent customer service and provide the best experience for our diners.
  • Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
  • Dish team starting at $15/hr.
  • Back of house $16/hr.
  • Host position starting at $17/hr.

ServerAttending to diners before, during, and after their meals by helping them place, receive, and pay for their orders and answering any questions. You will also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service time. You will communicate orders with the kitchen staff by entering in each customer's order into the POS system.Must be able to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese.Duties and responsibilities include:
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Greet customers and present menus.
    • Make suggestions based on their preferences.
    • Take and serve food/drinks orders.
    • Up-sell when appropriate.
    • Arrange table settings.
    • Communicate with kitchen staff
    • Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
    • Deliver checks and collect payments.
    • Small side jobs when needed including but not limited to rolling silverware, garnishing dishes and light morning prep duties. You will be responsible for coordinating reservations, seating guests, answering phones, ensuring pick-up and delivery orders are correct and completedDuties and responsibilities include:
      • Provide excellent customer service.
      • Greet customers
      • Take phone orders and enter them into POS system
      • Collect payments for phone orders upon pick up
      • Provide change if necessary for customers paying in cash
      • Coordinate guest reservations
      • Seating guests
      • Communicate with kitchen staff about any special guest needs
      • Small side jobs when needed including but not limited to rolling silverware, garnishing dishes and light morning prep duties. Dishwasher
        • Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed.
        • Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
        • Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
        • Properly washes, stacks, and stores glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers by hand or using dishwashers.
        • Small side jobs when needed including but not limited to properly storing new food shipments and deliveries, ensuring food storage containers are organized and clean, deep cleaning as per schedule etc.Back of House
          • Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
          • Undertake basic cooking duties, such as reducing sauces and parboiling food.
          • Prepare simple dishes, such as salads and entrees.
          • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
          • Packing up to go orders
          • Making sure food products are labeled properly
          • Receiving food product deliveries according to house standards
