succeed! Essential Functions: Collaborate with Kenmore Residential
Rehabilitation team members, other LSSl programs, and external
partners in order to provide quality, whole-person care and
services to clients. Maintain a caseload of five (5) to eight (8)
clients. Present weekly groups, founded in evidence-based
practices. Provide weekly 1:1 counseling to each client on assigned
caseload. Provide case management services, including appropriate
linkages and referrals. Provide support coverage to Kenmore Healthy
Start Recovery Home clients, as needed. Ensure all documentation is
complete in a timely manner. Meet productivity requirements
identified by LSSI. Ensure adherence to ethical standards of
treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics. Demonstrate professional,
positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity,
treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and
collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified,
respectful, honest and fair manner. Position Qualifications: High
school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s
degree preferred. Background check clearance required. CADC or must
obtain CADC within 18 months of hire date. Annual TB test required.
Biohazard training required. On-site, in person required.
