Assist Staffing is hiring for a top-tier manufacturing facility in Buffalo Grove, IL, offering a clean, high-tech work environment and long-term career potential. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Injection Molding Machines while ensuring product quality Perform mold changeovers, color changes, and material lot tracking Load validated master cycle parameters into molding machines at each startup Align and operate robotic and automated systems Conduct visual inspections and follow ISO, GMP, and safety protocols Troubleshoot small to mid-sized process issues and escalate as needed Perform preventative maintenance (TPM Level 1) on equipment Complete all required documentation and quality checks Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S Standards Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for unsafe equipment What We’re Looking For Must have at least 2 years of prior Injection Molding experience (Candidate without experience will not be considered) High School Diploma or GED Basic math & computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 90% of the shift Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Pre-Employment Process Drug Test (5-panel) Background Check Employment Verification & References E-Verify Additional Details Equal Opportunity Employer: All applicants are considered regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, or veteran status, in compliance with federal and Illinois EEO laws.
