Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the
ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on
Compass Health Center when in crisis – every day, we help people
overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions,
trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients
to live freely. About This Role At the core of Compass we believe

committed to our group-based programming. As a group therapist in
our Child and Adolescent Programs, you will spend the majority of
your time with our patients facilitating evidenced based groups
using modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT. We are seeking new and
experienced clinicians with a passion for delivering dynamic and
informative groups for our patients. If you are seeking an

and employees alike. What You'll Do: Developing and implementing
DBT/CBT skill groups, working with patients aged 8-13 (child
program) and 14-17 years old (adolescent program) Providing crisis
intervention and staff support, as needed Developing and
documenting treatment plans and weekly update Co-facilitating
creative expression and other experiential therapeutic groups
Assisting program director in supporting families through phone
coaching and follow-up calls Checking in with treatment team about
changes and progress for individual patients Providing clinical
observations and insights during interdisciplinary meetings
Providing individual support to patients, as needed Providing
support to other team members in various treatment groups Providing
guidance and support for milieu staff during skills and executive
functioning therapy activities/instruction Participating in
discharge planning for patients Other duties, as assigned Who You
Are: 1 years of post master’s experience preferred Possess a core
skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical
Behavior Therapy (DBT) Prefer a candidate that holds the following
licenses or certifications or will require supervision towards:
LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LSW, PsyD, or PhD We are committed to a fair and

this role is below. This range includes multiple career path levels
across the organization; where you fall in the range is dependent
upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, your years
of experience, type of experience, location, and
education/certifications. Compass reserves the right to update
these ranges. Compensation $47,000 - $65,000 USD We know job
