Job Description Location: Richmond, Virginia area Healthcare Organization: Psychiatric practice offering psychiatric, substance abuse, and general mental health treatment tailored for individuals and families Opportunity: Seeking BC/BE Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join established and growing team * Inpatient/outpatient mix. * Monday-Friday scheduling * Providers spend mornings in the hospital and afternoons in office * Opportunity to become a partner after 5 years * One hour initial evaluations, 3-4 follow ups per hour * LCSW, Psychologists, Counselors do all psychotherapy * Active VA license required by start Compensation: Minimum income guarantee of $300,000 ($25,000/month) as providers build up. Most providers do not need this for more than 4 or 5 months. Unlimited income potential - providers have made up to $1,000,000 with average production being $650,000-$750,000 . Sign on bonus, relocation reimbursement available. Comprehensive benefits package to include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, CME, PTO, retirement plan.
