Position Highlights: Position: Physician Executive, Critical Care Location: Evanston, IL (with oversight across 8 hospitals: Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Skokie, Swedish, Northwest Community, Edward, Elmhurst) Full Time: Full-Time; 40 hours/week Required Travel: Travel across sites as needed What You Will Do: Lead Endeavor Health Critical Care programs , overseeing 65 intensivists, 46 APPs, 17 ICU nocturnists, and trainees. Partner with hospital and EHMG leadership to build physician/APP care models that are safe, cost-effective, and consistent. Drive clinical performance, quality, and operational consistency across all ICUs. Oversee regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and clinical standards . Develop scholarly, teaching, and research initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. Collaborate across ED, hospital medicine, surgery, and anesthesia to ensure seamless patient care and capacity management . Lead dissemination of best practices , process improvement, and innovation (telemedicine, AI, simulation). Partner with administrative leaders on budgeting, financial performance, and service line strategy .
