Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in Home Health is required Experience with HCHB and Oasis is required Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Schedule: Monday - Friday Full-time hours, 40 hours per week Location Highlights Elkhart, Indiana offers a blend of cultural attractions and outdoor activities.
