Job Description:

work. Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. •
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required
for submission). • This role may require floating to additional
units and locations • COVID vaccination required after submission.
Declinations not accepted. • Flu vaccination required for
submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No
current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions -
Cook County. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

accepting an offer. Required Skills/Experience: ADLs Preferred
Skills/Experience: One (1) year recent full time paid clinical
experience in an acute care health facility or ambulatory care
facility Required Credentials: Graduate from an accredited school
of Practical Nursing and current licensed as a Practical Nurse in
the State of Illinois or ability to obtain license two weeks prior
to starting employment Proof of successful completion of coursework
for medication administration (Pharmacology) as a Practical Nurse
in accordance with the Illinois Department of Financial and
Professional Regulation (IDFPR) regarding Standards of
Pharmacology/Administration for Medication Course for Practical
Nurses (Must provide documentation at time of interview) Special
Requests: RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No
holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on
weekends. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every other
weekend/ 2 weekends per month Floating Requirements: Cook is a
MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at
the facilities discretion. 5 days maximum time off. Facility
holidays: 05/25/2026, 05/31/2026, 07/03/2026, 07/04/2026,
09/06/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/25/2026, 11/26/2026, 11/27/2026,
12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/26/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number
