Shift Information: 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Radiology (IR) City/State: Rockford, Illinois Shift: Days with
On-Call Rotation (Call Frequency: 2 Nights / Week and 6 Weekends in
13-week contract period) Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date:
12/18/2025 Job Description: RN Hospital, Interventional Radiology
role involving day shifts with on-call rotation. Seeking candidates
with a minimum of 3 years of experience in interventional radiology
and preferably with interventional neurology experience.
Responsibilities: Utilizes the nursing process and critical
thinking in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Performs
assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations of care.
Administers prescribed medications and treatments according to
approved nursing techniques and standards. Ensures accurate and
comprehensive documentation. Develops and executes patient care
plans based on individualized needs. Utilizes resources for patient
and family education. Participates in performance improvement
activities and shared governance. Supports patient safety and
experience, manages complex situations, and delegates
appropriately. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nursing
program. 3 years of RN experience with 1 year of critical care
experience required. Cardiovascular Intervention experience
required. Current IL RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, and PALS
certification. Successfully pass EKG test prior to completion of
orientation. National Institute Healthcare Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
