Director of Nursing to lead a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility
with a strong short-term rehab focus and long-term care component.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing,
well-supported operation with an established clinical team already
in place. About the Facility Just over 100 beds 4-Star Overall CMS
Rating 5-Star Quality Measures Strong short-term rehab program with
LTC Full clinical leadership team in place – you won't be building
from scratch Operated by a respected parent company with over 50
years of success in senior care The Opportunity As Director of
Nursing, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership, drive
quality outcomes, and mentor a dedicated nursing team. This role is
ideal for a DON who thrives in an engaged, collaborative
