Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 24 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3360.00 Opportunity: RN - Home Health Job Details: • Work as a field hospice nurse providing home-to-home patient visits • Must be able to work independently in the field • Assigned daily visits for end-of-life care patients • Additional as-needed visits will be added to schedule throughout the day • Must be able to travel between patient homes • Serve Burlington/Walworth area • Position requires reliable transportation for field work • Provide supportive care as part of hospice team Facility: This healthcare organization provides comprehensive hospice and palliative care services to patients and families in their homes and community settings.
