DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor
of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and
unrestricted license in the state of Wisconsin. - Dedication to

- Essential Duties Performance: Demonstrate the ability to perform

Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or

team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for

pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork
