Imagine being part of a well-trained team of real estate investors
focused on buying and selling houses. Every day you can expect
several red-hot leads to be delivered directly to your text message
alerts. You simply call, book the appointment, show up and present
the offer on behalf of the company.
While Diamond Equity does renovate many houses, your focus as an
Acquisition Manager will be on negotiating deals, NOT construction
management. Dynamic Acquisition Managers love working, have
disciplined habits around lead follow-up and CRM/Technology
management, and love the thrill of signing deals.
Background in sales required. Past experience in auto sales,
in-home/construction sales, or real estate would be ideal for the
Acquisition Manager role. Note: applicants that do not complete the
DISC assessment and screening questions will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
--- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory
transaction
--- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business
forward
--- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM used to update and
stay on task until deals are closed
--- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate
a signed contract
--- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through
research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
--- Expectation to call new leads within 30 minutes of receipt,
ideally in the first 5 minutes
--- Request photos from the seller, using our VirtualOffer.com app.
Follow up with sellers to actually obtain the photos
--- Present the offer to the seller
--- Negotiate the offer through acceptance & signing of AOS
--- Manage the contract cycle with the seller through closing
--- Manage any post-closing activity, such as scheduling locksmith,
cleanout crew, etc.
--- Obtain a testimonial video from each happy seller after
providing The Fast & Convenient Sale - when we buy their
property!
--- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site
walks, market trends, and research
--- Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking
all interaction details in the CRM
--- Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to
ensure a smooth close
--- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate
a signed contract
--- Research investment and partnership models, real estate market
and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts,
and other business administration paperwork as needed for the
sale
Qualifications:
--- Reliable Transportation is Required
--- Must be well versed in Sales, in particular using telephones &
other technology to make a high-ticket sale without being
in-person
--- Passion to make deals at any time throughout the week. This is
a lifestyle position with flexibility in schedule, but often with
evening & weekend call blocks required to succeed
--- Those who are "most available" to their business will earn the
"most substantial" income to match
--- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with
extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close
appointments over the phone
--- +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real
estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is
highly desired
--- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to
succeed

We are a national real estate investment company with regional
offices in Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, Phoenix, AZ, & Chicago,
IL. This position will work from the Chicago office. In addition to
real estate investment, we have a brokerage division.
