experience.Job DescriptionThe Director, Product Management, is
responsible for executing the strategy and development plan for
clinical products. The role is responsible for product planning and
execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and
prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the
product vision, and working closely with IT, sales, marketing, and
others to develop industry leading, customer centric, solutions to
market.Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute clinical portfolio product
strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute
clinical portfolio development plans.
- Understand and effectively communicate the current product's
capabilities including use case application, content, product
positioning, product feature/function and differentiators,
competitive landscape, legal agreements and regulatory
requirements.
- Provide input into the development of marketing and training
materials.
- Work with technical engineers and other professionals to ensure
that products meet the needs of clients.
- Maintain product roadmap for the clinical portfolio.
- Evaluate client requirements, collection and dissemination of
information needed to produce and deliver product.
- Determine product growth potential and manage technical
investments based on product lifecycle.
- Define measurable goals of new product releases, whether
growth, usage, customer satisfaction or user migration
- Facilitate product assessments and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities, Threats) analysis relative to competitors and
industry trends.
- Engage in client relationship building by understanding and
servicing the unique needs of clients.Qualifications
- Required - 5 + years of clinical nursing experience, quality
outcomes management, etc.
- Preferred - 2+ years of experience in product management,
product development or program management.
- Advanced healthcare, technical and product knowledge.
- Expertise in developing strategy, business case and marketing
requirements.
- Ability to execute product strategy initiatives across various
teams.
- Ability to lead product team focused on ensuring maximum value
and efficiencies and drive innovative product development from
ideation to product launch.
- Ability to work with development teams to define and guide
customer centric solutions.
- Experience evaluating product revenue growth
opportunities.
- Ability to perform expert product demonstrations.
- Proficiency with user experience, user design and user research
tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High-level executive presence for client facing
engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, video conferencing
and product management softwareEducation
- Position requires at minimum, a master's degree.
- If the master's degree is in a field other than nursing (i.e.
business, computer science, engineering, etc.) it is required that
the bachelors degree is in nursing.Special Working Conditions
- May travel 25-30% of the time for client engagements or company
activities.
- Willingness to work outside business hours to meet deadlines,
as needed.Special Physical Requirements
- The person in this position frequently verbally communicates
with other associates and clients. Must be able to exchange
professional and accurate information in these situations.
- This role requires consistent operation of computer equipment

ranges from $140,000 to $170,000. It is not typical for offers to
be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on
a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training,

certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also
considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits
package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a
discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.All your
