Job Description:
OFF HOURS - EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
To provide supervision of facility during the evening and weekends
assuring that facility policies are followed, the environment is
safe, and that quality of care is maintained.
A. Must have at least one year of healthcare experience including
management and supervision
B. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in
an understandable manner.
C. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when
circumstances warrant such actions.
D. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with families,
residents, visitors, personnel, regulatory agencies, and the
general public.
E. Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and willingness
to work harmoniously with personnel.
