Job Description:
This position is responsible for advancing our Global Talent
Acquisition Strategy and Operations objectives. The individual will
work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership
teams, as well as various cross-functional partner teams including
Talent Management, Culture of Inclusion, HR Technology and
Analytics, HR Legal, HR Partners and more to take a data and
research-led approach to developing and implementing our global
hiring enablement programs.**Key responsibilities**+ Partner with
the Director of TA Strategy and Operations to design, build and
execute innovative and strategic projects and programs, with an
initial focus on supporting all hiring enablement activities+
Design and scale research-backed selection playbook, training, and
any underlying programs to enable the organizations ability to
recruit and hire, focusing on key user groups of talent acquisition
professionals, hiring managers, and interviewers+ Partner with key
user groups to craft project/program objectives and develop
engagement strategies+ Collaborate effectively with internal and
external stakeholders to ensure alignment against collective goals,
meeting timelines and staying within budget+ Drive project
execution within a matrixed organization by managing partner and
stakeholder communications and holding project teams accountable to
timelines and deliverables+ Manage meetings, project plans,
budgets, debriefs and long-term program sustainability strategies+
Ensure regular and clear communication of program and project
scope, timing, risks, and progress+ Thrive in a fast-paced,
matrixed environment**Functional/Business knowledge**+ Knowledge
and effective usage of project management methodologies, processes
and tools+ Practical experience applying change management
principles at global scale+ Experience in Talent Acquisition
Operations and/or Global Talent Organization roles+ Experience
using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)+
Strong written and oral communication skills+ I/O psychology and/or
selection process expertise is a plus**Leadership**+ Lead
workstreams for mid-size to large projects and programs+ Ability to
influence without direct authority**Problem Solving**+ Use data and
research to apply analytical rigor in identifying root causes and
areas to optimize work, exercising judgment to balance competing
