Overview The Data Management Manager is responsible for supporting over 7,000 US associates through the business processes in the Breakthru Beverage Human Capital Management system (Workday). The individual in this role would support multiple Leave and time off policies, supervisory organizations and associate transactional data with the Workday system and SAP. Responsibilities * The Data Management Manager is responsible for supporting over 7,000 US associates through the business processes in the Breakthru Beverage Human Capital Management system (Workday). The individual in this role would support multiple Leave and time off policies, supervisory organizations and associate transactional data with the Workday system and SAP. * Manages the Data Management team by providing coaching, counseling, training opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. * Implements and enforces proper data collection processes, policies and proceduresMaintains position management, supervisory organizations and data integrity within the human capital management (HCM) system. * Responsible for Company re-organizations and large data changes within the HCM using Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB). * Responsible for streamlining Business Processes in the HCM system and partnering with HRIS to document business requirements, testing scenarios and test those configuration changes.Partners with the Payroll team and has a good understanding of data impacting the payroll cycle. Support Human Resources Business Partners to complete business processes and correct data when necessary. Processing of LOAs in Workday and provided by 3rd party. * Establishes data quality standards and provides metric reports to ensure standards are being met (KPIs). * Ensures quality data collection techniques are established f or reporting agencies such as new hire reporting and BSO validation. * Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and conferences, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and participating in professional societies. Qualifications * 7 + years relevant Employee Data Management/HRIS/Payroll Experience * 5+ years prior supervisory experience required * Workday experience a plus * SAP HCM experience required * Intermediate Level Excel * Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration * Professional in Human Resource Certification (PHR) a plus * Ability to understand employment related data processing * Excellent numeric aptitude * Must be a result oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as strong customer service skills * Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pays attention to detail and meets EEO Statement Breakthru Beverage Group is an equal opportunity employer.
