Technician - 1st Shift Location: Elkhart, IN Pay: $30–$35/hr.
(based on experience) Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM |
Expect 40–50 hours/week with occasional Saturday mornings
Responsibilities: As a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician, you'll
help keep operations running smoothly by handling: Preventive
maintenance : Regular inspections and service on equipment
(mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) Breakdowns : Fast,
effective repair response Troubleshooting : Diagnose issues using
schematics, multimeters, blueprints, and tools Repairs : Motors,
conveyors, belts, pipefitting, steam/water systems Safety : Follow
strict protocols (LOTO), participate in audits Qualifications:
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills are a must Proactive,
organized, and safety-minded Strong communicator with a sense of
urgency Comfortable in a loud, fast-paced industrial environment
Willing to work occasional Saturday mornings for preventive
