Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to serve
multiple early childhood and elementary school sites within the
Elgin, IL area. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English
and Spanish to effectively support diverse student needs. The
assignment runs from January 5, 2026, through May 20, 2026, with a
37.5-hour workweek (7.5 hours per day). Candidates must hold an
Illinois Professional Educator License with an SLP endorsement as
well as an Illinois SLP license. Responsibilities include
conducting speech and language evaluations, delivering therapy
services, and collaborating with educators and families to support
student communication development. The caseload will vary and may
involve itinerant service across up to two school locations. Key
sites include IL Park (2.0 FTE), Independence (0.2 FTE), Timber
Trails Elementary (0.4 FTE), and an itinerant evaluation component
(0.1 FTE). Qualifications and experience desired: Illinois
Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement and valid
Illinois SLP license Bilingual in English and Spanish Ability to
