Job Description:
Year Up is seeking an Entry Level Customer Success Specialist to
join our dedicated Customer Service & Support team. This role is
ideal for individuals passionate about fostering inclusive learning
environments and enriching the educational experience of a diverse
student body. As a cornerstone of our nonprofit mission, the
Customer Success Specialist will be instrumental in bridging the
gap between students and the transformative educational programs
that Year Up offers. By providing exceptional support and guidance,
you will help students navigate their academic and career pathways
effectively. Provide frontline support to students, addressing
their inquiries and concerns through multiple channels such as
phone, email, and chat. Guide students through the enrollment
process, helping them understand the academic offerings and
resources available. Participate in the creation and maintenance of
FAQs and other support documentation. Work closely with academic
and internship departments to ensure student issues are resolved
promptly. Monitor student feedback to help improve the educational
experience, suggesting improvements to programs and services.
Assist in developing and conducting satisfaction surveys to gather
detailed feedback from students. Collaborate with various
departments to facilitate a cohesive support environment and
continuous program improvement. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Efficient problem-solving and troubleshooting
abilities Experience with CRM software Ability to work effectively
in a team High level of empathy and customer service orientation
Customer Service Certification (optional but beneficial) Training
in conflict resolution or communication (advantageous)
