Job Description:
Description Step into the role of a Client Service Account
Manager, managing a portfolio of large corporate or financial
institution clients and helping them effectively utilize our Global
Trade Products and Services. Join our diverse and innovative
organization to make a meaningful impact in Global Corporate
Banking. As a Client Service Account Manager within our Trade and
Working Capital team, you'll build strong relationships, deliver
tailored solutions, and uphold the esteemed standards of
JPMorganChase. Service is delivered in a team-based model across
the US, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Job
responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for client
onboarding, changes, and complex trade transactions. Advise clients
and internal partners on trade products, including Letters of
Credit. Resolve client requests independently and act as escalation
point for complex issues. Manage transaction service queues and
coordinate with various bank teams for resolution. Provide timely
follow-up and ensure client satisfaction. Offer guidance and
training to team members based on trade product expertise.
Participate in joint client calls with Bankers and Trade Sales
Officers. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience. Strong background
in Implementations, Service, or Operations supporting Trade
products. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities. Demonstrated
professional presence and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Ability to partner with internal colleagues and external clients,
applying sound judgment. Preferred qualifications, capabilities,
and skills: Experience in Trade Finance or Letters of Credit
College degree
