looking for dedicated assembly team members to help us continue
that tradition. This will be a third shift (11:00pm-7:30am
Sunday-Thursday) position at our Racine facility (8635 Washington
Avenue, Mt Pleasant, WI). This role will start at $20 hourly. The
Assembler II is responsible for assembling parts according to
specified Work Instructions and/or Drawings and exhibits the
ability to effectively complete critical component assemblies. This
position may be required to rotate throughout the facility in a
variety of assembly tasks. Job Duties: /n - Use basic Hand,
battery, electric and pneumatic powered tools to complete
assemblies. /n - Use laser etcher, dot peen etcher and engraver to
complete modified assemblies to customer specifications. /n - Use
basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required
for a specific job and make adjustments when needed on your own. /n
- Use Production system to record day-to-day customer order
activity, view work instructions and report completed work. /n -
Navigate through basic LX screens to identify Inventory
requirements and status as needed and utilize system as required to
make adjustments. /n - Take initiative to ensure priority items are
completed and when needed seek out additional information from lead
or Supervisor. /n - Participate and Contribute to Safety, Quality,
Delivery and Cost continuous improvement efforts. /n - Train others
in the department. /n - Perform basic 5S and Lean concepts to
ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace /n /n Education and
Experience: /n - High School Degree/GED Preferred /n - 3 years of
experience in assembly/manufacturing desired /n /n Qualifications:
/n - Understand gluing and centering to specific tolerances which
includes multiple areas/products required /n - If applicable,
ability to use function generators and multimeter test equipment /n
- Basic proficiency with computers including an ERP system and
Microsoft Office required /n /n Competencies: /n - Collaboration:

clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging

than having standards imposed. /n /n Working Conditions: /n - Work
is performed in a Manufacturing environment /n - Depending on the
assigned department, must be able to demonstrate the ability to
lift up to 60 pounds and complete an audiogram test /n - Those
working in the Aerospace department must be able to pass a Vision,
Color Vision, and Depth perception test /n - This position requires
good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina. /n - Must be able
to wear personal protective gear most of the day. /n /n LI-Onsite
