• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with invoicing and reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize manual processing methods while transitioning towards automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve any transaction-related issues.
• Adapt to changes in systems and procedures, including potential ERP system upgrades or replacements.Profile
  • Previous experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable roles preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for manual processing and data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Patience and adaptability to navigate through evolving systems and processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle or NetSuite, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
